Start Now Incubator was born out of a shared passion for fostering connections and cultivating networks, mentoring opportunities, and resources/supports for women entrepreneurs.

Mashup Lab is all about making entrepreneurship approachable and empowering aspiring entrepreneurs to turn their ideas into successful businesses. Based in a small rural community on the south shore of Nova Scotia, we've supported nearly 3000 aspiring entrepreneurs in over 80 rural communities throughout rural North America since 2014.

Resolution Life Coaching is a life coach service focused on helping individuals, couples, and families by meeting them where they are right now and helping them achieve their dreams and become who they wish to be. We understand that exposing personal beliefs, thoughts, and experiences can be quite uncomfortable. So, Resolution Life Coaching offers a non-judgemental, professional, respectful, and safe place to share and learn. Our tools and methods are realistic and tailored to individual needs, wants and preferences. Sessions are designed with you in mind and at pace that caters to your style and journey. We welcome laughter, tears and emotional reactions while teaching you ways to prepare for or overcome your life’s challenges.
