Nilla Zanette leads The Scotiabank Women Initiative Commercial Business Strategy across Canada. In this role, Nilla has formed national partnerships to help increase the value to our clients including partnering with The Forum on a national mentorship program, MNP National Accounting Firm and CFIB, to name a few. Nilla has enhanced the program for women in commercial banking as well as customized the value The Scotiabank Women Initiative brings to women in specific industries including commercial real estate, agriculture and healthcare.
Nilla is a banking professional with over 35 years of experience in the industry. Nilla is also the founder and past chair of the Scotiabank Climate Action Employee Resource Group. A Startup Canada Mentor and on the Womenβs Enterprise Organizations of Canada (WEOC) Loan Program Advisory Committee.
